At LABEL SEW, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in pure fabrics including 60 LEA Linen, Pure Chanderi, and Pure Mull Cotton. As a conscious and slow-fashion brand, we maintain strict quality standards.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

All sales made on the website are final. However, we do offer exchange options under the conditions mentioned below.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage

LABEL SEW reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product does not meet these conditions.


4. Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, return instructions will be shared via email.

  • After we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a credit note may be issued (valid for future purchases).


5. Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.


6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made or altered pieces

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products purchased during special promotional events


7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images at:
